Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage all end to end IT recruitment at various levels.
- Screening of the candidates and conducting first round of interview to check suitability to the profile.
- Scheduling interviews in coordination with Line Managers & Vertical Heads.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Managing recruitment tracker and updating the same on real time basis
- Managing Recruitment MIS
- Preparing & regularly updating data bank for critical positions
- Ensure selected candidates are undergoing pre-medical checkup as per the organization requirement.
- Perform required co-ordination for employee induction and help new employees till they are settled in new environment
Required Skills:
- Should have worked on IT/ Technology requirements like Big Data, Data Scientist, Developers - Java/ Full Stack/Android/iOS, UI/UX Designers, SAP - FICO/ABAP/BO BW, Technical Product Manager etc.
- Candidate should have experience of resume sourcing on various career portals
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding and Knowledge of compensation structures
- Should possess skills like interpersonal, networking and communication
- Good as team player & result orientated
Education & Experience:
- BE/ B.Tech Preferred
- HR with 4 - 6 years of experience in the IT/ Technology recruitment.
