Quality Control & Testing
- Overall leadership and supervision of all software (BFSI domain) quality control & testing related activities in the organization.
- Thorough knowledge of Software Verification and Validation Techniques, including cross- platform Testing and Automation Frameworks.
- Ensure regular self up gradation. Committed to continually push the team to scale new heights, demand more and take the team to the next level
- Strong working knowledge of Product Testing practices and industry standards.
- Align Quality control policies line with the Business Goals
- Monitor customer feedback, customer complaint & customer satisfaction index.
- Ensure effective Project planning, Scheduling, Estimation for Test Planning and Testing.
- Ensure to prepare Master Test Plan and Detailed Test Plan to monitor progress against the defined objctives and for continuous improvement of processes
- Ensure effective planning and implementation of new technology, tools and processes.
- Review of the Detailed Test Cases and Periodic review of the schedule variance, effort variance and cost variance for testing phases.
- Ensure timely preventive and corrective action.
- Ensure effective Unit Testing, Integration testing, system testing and user acceptance testing.
- Guide and supervise the team on Creation of test data, test roles, test techniques and test planning.
- Implement processes that reduce the utilization of resources by 10-15% and improve quality to a greater extent
- Implement various test design models for automating test life cycles based upon the type of project
- Implement various test design models for manual test life cycles based upon the type of project
- Lead and train testing teams in using simpler methods and making best use of templates
- Liaison with external consultants related to software testing

- Assess, meet and exceed customer expectations in terms of quality of product.
- Interact with customers and develop good relationship with them.
