Requirements:
- Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
- A self initiated person and result oriented.
- Corporate Internet Banking experience, knowledge of RENTAS, SWIFT, MEPS, IFT, Check Issuance (Local & Foreign), Corporate Lockbox, Check Clearing and LMS is a must.
- Knowledge of latest Payables and Receivables, product such as the Post Dated Check (PDC) Handling, Discounted products and Float Sharing concept would be a distinct advantage.
- Knowledge of Liquidity Management such as Netting, Sweeping, Investment Account and good accounting exposure.
- Ability to interact and communicate with customers effectively (internal & external)
- Possess personal attributes of integrity, leadership qualities, ability to motivate others, strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good in PC spreadsheet and presentation application to be able to understand and use details of computerized accounting and reporting systems.
- Possess good knowledge of accounting principles
- Be able to handle pressure well and able to work quickly and accurately to demanding time set

- To manage the Cash Management Payment, Collection and Liquidity Management Products
- Responsible to setup the framework and new System Rollout/ Enhancement for the Cash Management Business
- To ensure all the necessary documentations such as the User Requirement (URS), SOW, Vendor Selection Paper, Management Presentation Papers, Local Operating Procedures (LOP), Manuals are being prepared and reviewed
- To work closely with Audit, Risk and Management to ensure Cash Management Products are developed within the Risk and Control requirements
- To work closely with Operations Head, Sales Head and IT in terms of Product Deliverables, Rollout etc.
- To ensure Testing (UAT) etc are done within the expected timeframe.
- To ensure timely resolution of customer issues in accordance to SLA
- To prepare and table monthly reporting on Product Rollout, Unit Processing Cost (UPC), Defects Rate (DPMO), Volume, Straight Through Processing (STP), Expenses and other reports as requested.
- To manage expenses in accordance to budget
- To deliver productivity gains and expense reduction goals set by the management
- To manage staff cross training and working environment to ensure it is healthy and morale of staff is high at all time.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
New Product Incubation
- Assist the senior leadership of Product Management in generating, screening, and prioritizing new ideas,
Product Profitability
- Build and maintain close business relationships with key customers worldwide
- Conduct research and market analysis and understand the capabilities and functionalities necessary to ensure the Company's solutions remain relevant, comprehensive and innovative in terms of competitive advantages offered
Product Marketing
- Develop and coordinate product enhancements plans with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, account management and customer support
- Work with Marketing Communications professionals to develop product launch plans, promotional programs and collateral materials
Product Roadmap Management
- Support business model analysis for new and emerging products, including but not limited to, product bundling and pricing strategies
- Provide technical insights throughout the sales process by functioning as the technical subject matter expert during client interactions, including providing input on sales calls and product demos
- Own the software development roadmap, ensure alignment with overall business strategy, drive the software development life cycle, and enable the successful market adoption of new software releases
- Once a client is engaged, work closely with the project manager to gather and prioritize user needs, translate needs to requirements, articulate key development milestones to senior management, and guide these requirements from concept to commercialization
- Identify synergies with other products and with other divisions within Nucleus
- Define outbound and internal training requirements for the sales and support teams
- Track and report product key performance indicators during early introduction/pilot phase and on an ongoing basis once product is mature
People responsibilities:

- Lead a team of product management professionals, to ensure successful product launch, positioning and Selling
- Enhance productivity through training and tools
- Drive a high level of employee engagement
- Mentor and coach the team members and drive internal convergence where necessitated through consultative leadership
