Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Analysing, Designing and implementing technical solutions to match customer's needs.
- Actively engage with Sales regions / sales personnel for business development.
- Provide support to Sales team to track and close business opportunities
- Working on RFPs received and take complete ownership of bid management by providing winning solution and proposition
- Building the collateral repository and needed accelerators to position the competency to prospects and clients
- Groom additional members towards building a larger pre sales and solution team in Big data analytics domain

Competencies & Capabilities Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- MBA
Experience
- 12-15 Years of overall experience in IT industry in Big data, Business Intelligence . Exposure to AI is desirable
- At least 5 years of experience in design and implementation of the relevant technology stack
- At least 3-5 years of Pre sales and consulting experience
- Experience from top tier/ MNC Organization
Knowledge / Skills
- Must possess very strong understanding of Big Data, Business Intelligence, Data Science and Analytics
- Technical consulting and architecture experience with large-scale engagements is desirable
- Working knowledge of specialized tools and solution providers for Big Data, BI and AI
- Direct and hands-on exposure to Demos, Technical and commercial proposal preparation (RFX), Bid management, preferably in the BFSI space.
- Must have excellent communication skills ( verbal and written) and experience in pre-sales demonstrations and solution presentations
- Ability to work under sharp time deadlines, ability to think on feet and discipline to work within the processes of a global organization are necessary requirements
