- Good exposure to Credit Operation and Back-office service operations and collection operations

- Sound experience on Retail and Corporate Banking with relevant experience in the below cited respective business streams.

- Committed to continually push the team to scale new heights, demand more and take the team to the next level

Retail banking -: - Auto Loans, Home Loans, Cash Credit, Education Loans, Personal Loans

Corporate banking -: Working Capital, Term Loans, Over Draft, Cash Credit limit, Bank Guarantees, Letter of Credit

Desired Experience:

The leader must have deep expertise in:

- Provide technical insights throughout the sales process by functioning as the technical subject matter expert during client interactions, including providing input on sales calls and product demos

- Identify synergies with other products and with other divisions within Nucleus

- Track and report product key performance indicators during early introduction/pilot phase and on an ongoing basis once product is mature

- Requirement analysis, business interaction, end user interaction.

- The flow diagram for the credit operations at various levels.

- Context diagram.

- Compliance

- Audit perspective in loan/credit operation.

- Documentation skills.

- Accounting knowledge.

- Use of IT for leveraging the utility in the Business

- Deliver productivity gains and expense reduction goals set by the management

- Drive a high level of employee engagement
