Aligning with the role of R&DM division, - Strategic Project & Analytics Support- team has been set up to execute the initiatives to (1) equip R&DM team members with the right tools, e.g. analytics tool, data, infrastructure, and (2) support the enabling of analytics to the users within Group Retail segment.

- The Bank has embarked on the journey for the initiative to implement the Decision Management Solution (- DMS- ). With the implementation done for Singapore & Thailand, we are crossing to new roll-out for regional subsidiaries.

- This role will be part of the implementation project - participating in the project exercise as a project team member (part of core-team) in different phases of the project. Project team members will be work closely with IT and Credit stakeholders to deliver the project, as core development team for DMS & Credit Decision Rules Setup.

- In this role, the project team member will anchor for Group Project team to lead the rules configuration and drive the delivery for assigned subsidiary project work stream on the DMS solution.

1. Project Rules Functional & Data Requirements: Prior to development, the DMS core project team will conduct requirement workshop and prepare the Functional & Data Layout Specification for signoff.

2. Rules Development & Framework: Responsible to develop and maintain the design & development of the DMS rules framework, for assigned regional subsidiaries (e.g. Vietnam) and aligned with Singapore/Group. 3. Rules Deployment: Responsible for the execution of rules deployment (from analysis of Project Scope & Change Requests, execute changes (configuration), test planning and test execution).

4. Support the DMS Team Lead to facilitate Change Management along with Project. As the solution is meant to support various types of rules (e.g. business rules, credit / overlay rules, and scorecard rules), there will be multiple stakeholders, with different requirements and urgency. The DMS team will facilitate the deliberation amongst stakeholders. The DMS team member needs to proactively perform analysis on the requests, present findings and recommendation to the DMS team lead, and also to support the team lead in facilitating the prioritization forum (e.g. co-ordinate with the stakeholders and prepare discussion materials).

5. Support the DMS team lead in the Solution Governor role: The DMS team also acts as a - governor- of the DMS solution - handling administrative aspect (e.g. set up and manage solution governance framework) and enhancements to the solution (e.g. change to the data platform, version upgrade).

- This role will facilitate the transition of subsidiary DMS team to BAU mode post go-live, for knowledge handover and induction to subsidiary DMS team after project went live.

- The DMS team act as a bridge between users (both Group Retail users and R&DM team members) and IT team, and be a first line of contact for the DMS users.

- The role is based in Singapore and will report to the DMS team lead / Project Lead, who in turn reports to the Head of R&DM Strategic Projects & Analytics Support.

- The DMS team will also have regional responsibility - as a main anchor point of the DMS solution for the region (Singapore and across bank's overseas subsidiaries in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam). DMS team member is expected to work closely with the in-country teams. This year project focus will be for Vietnam and Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide support to the Head of Strategic Project & Analytics Support team on the development of the infrastructure framework within R&DM, for the areas related to the DMS

- Responsible for rules deployment (via the DMS) - planning, executing, testing and monitoring

- Responsible to drive and maintain the functional assessment, design & development of the DMS rules framework & codes, used for both Singapore and regional subsidiaries

- Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to users and/or team lead

- DMS Governor - facilitate the DMS team for Project Change Management

- Based on the Change Request from users, to interpret and assess actions required and identify potential impacted parties (to form a task force) - and present findings and recommendations to DMS team lead

- Co-ordinate with the Change Request execution task force / Project Change Management

- Establish governance process, e.g. ensuring entry / exit criteria is in place, and adhered to

- Support - DMS prioritization forum- for project change management

- Perform relevant analysis to facilitate the discussion / decision process

- Co-ordinate with the forum members

- Present to stakeholders and/or senior management on the assigned topics

- Be the main contact point of DMS users for the DMS change requests and other ad-hoc DMS related queries

- Owner of DMS user manual (regular update)

- Co-ordinate changes to the DMS e.g. change of data model, version upgrade, release plan  Rules deployment

- Develop and maintain DMS configuration specification

- Translate business requirements to the configuration specifications (note: this requires closely interactions with business users, and a business sense)

- Perform configuration of the DMS, as well as configuration and DMS-UAT testing

- Develop and maintain relevant documents (e.g. test scope, test plan, test scenarios, test results, and entry / exit criteria)

- Provide an update to the DMS team lead on the progress and issues

- Lead and/or participate in discussions and issues resolution process

- Manage stakeholders / buy-in process

- Provide ad-hoc support (as - Group role- ) to the regional team

- Provide regular updates to Head of R&DM Strategic Projects & Analytics Support, Head of PARM and senior management on key developments and issues
