Overview:
- We're hiring a Manager - Marketing Operations to lead, optimize, and expand our marketing operations across key channels-email, website, WhatsApp, and in-product merchandising.
- The ideal candidate is an expert in Salesforce & Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with strong process design, reporting, and martech stack management skills. You'll drive seamless campaign execution, enhance operational efficiency, and embed an "always testing" culture for continuous performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Martech Stack Ownership & Expansion: Own, evaluate, and implement new tools to drive operational efficiencies and align with business goals. Ensure seamless integration across the marketing organization.
- Process Optimization: Design scalable processes to streamline campaign execution across all owned channels.
- Experimentation & A/B Testing: Drive a culture of A/B testing across email, website, WhatsApp, and in-product merchandising for continuous optimization and innovation.
- Channel Scaling: Expand and optimize marketing channels through proven tactics and new martech adoption.
- Reporting & Analytics: Build dynamic dashboards and establish a reporting rhythm to deliver actionable insights on channel performance, engagement, and ROI.
- Marketing Automation: Leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other automation tools for streamlined workflows, segmentation, and campaign optimization.
- Campaign Execution: Manage end-to-end execution across email, website, WhatsApp, and in-product channels-testing, measuring, and refining to improve engagement and conversion.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Growth, Product, Sales, and Creative teams to align on campaign execution, experimentation, and martech integration.
- Data Integrity: Ensure high-quality data management and work with analytics teams to track results, measure KPIs, and report insights.
- Scheduling & Workflow Tools: Manage scheduling and task management tools to optimize campaign planning and resource allocation.
- Salesforce Expertise: Oversee Salesforce integration, ensuring automation, data accuracy, and performance tracking.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing operations team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and a culture of continuous learning and testing.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in marketing operations, including Salesforce & Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise.
- Proven track record in process design, operational scaling, and marketing efficiencies.
- Expertise in A/B testing & experimentation across multiple channels.
- Deep understanding of email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and in-product merchandising.
- Experience with marketing automation & scheduling tools.
- Strong analytical skills-translating data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management & organizational skills.
- Leadership experience with team management & development capabilities.
- Strong collaborator, able to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
