Title: CEO Location: Mumbai (Thane / Vile Parle) Gender: Male Shift timings: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm Salary Range: 50 to 60 LPA Weekly Off: Sunday Fixed off Age: Up to 50 years USP: Brand, Salary, Designation Rounds of Interview: - HR (Check previous experience, Qualification, Age, Communication skills, Compensation, Stability) - Service Head (Interaction Session) - CEO and MD (Final Interview) - Documents Educational + Identity Proof + Residential Proof +Offer Letter + Salary Proof (Bank Statement Payslip) + Relieving documents - About Process Develop roadmaps and plans to develop and ensure ecommerce portfolio is executed well across all businesses - Provide architectural guidance and strategy to business and product owners during initial brainstorming sessions - Collaborate and partner with the broad retail leadership team, to support delivery of cohesive and aligned strategy and operating plans and business development initiatives - Demonstrate ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate - Work very closely with marketing channel owners to give guidance on marketing efficiency, be the go-to person for tactical online marketing focus - Responsible for monitoring and tracking transactional and revenue performance, coordinating implementation of corrective activities when necessary - Manage a marketing manager task with driving our online acquisition activities in partnership with media agencies - Assist in development of customer specific marketing programs to support new product and in development of marketing programs - Work cross functionally with other department stakeholders (licensing, rights management, customer service etc.) to delivery on overall company goals - Demonstrate strong business judgment and decision-making skills; identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives - Develop the organization structure and recruit competent manpower - Deliver on ROI and other profitability target with P&amp;L responsibility - Experience on ecommerce platform working, development, technological aspects and Management skills - Should have work experience in IT industry e commerce area - Strong knowledge of web service technology and hardware capabilities - Experience in automobile area (worked with automobile related e commerce platform) will be added advantage - Extensive knowledge of ecommerce business models and E Commerce industry trends including channel, customers, product, and promotion - Excellent analytical skills with ability to convert raw data from multiple resources into actionable insights - Positive - can do- attitude, self-motivated, self-directed and eager to make improvements in controlled manner - Strong experience with ecommerce and the ability to drive sales with creative marketing ideas and strategies - Education Graduation/PostGraudation is a must. - Candidates with a Management degree would be preferred - Candidate should have minimum experience of 10 - 15 years in Automobile space. - Some experience on B2B E - Business will be preferred
