People & Engagement Analyst
Job Summary:
The Employee Engagement Analyst is responsible for supporting the People and Culture Strategy including the engagement surveys / DEI surveys, listening channels, CSR initiatives and ad hoc requests. The analyst supports the initiatives by building reports, visualizations, communications, presentations, and other supporting materials. Using their knowledge of statistics and data analysis, the analyst can identify key trends to drive employee engagement / DEI/ CSR and feedback channels.
Responsibilities:
- Supports the design of People and Culture strategy by building communications, reports, project plans, communication plans and other materials.
- Collect, Compile, and analyze data to identify trends across different data sources (e.g., employee listening data, HR data, CSR, EE, DEI and Culture initiatives).
- Develop metrics to measure the impact of various programs.
- Creates polished and engaging presentations, create and update spreadsheets, maintain project tracking.
- Assists with updating intranet pages, internal social channels, and other forums.
- Support utilization of the Employee engagement platform and their newest content across the business.
- Supports standing up listening initiatives (e.g., focus groups, round tables) as well as action planning.
- Assists with the execution of change management pertaining to employee experience initiatives (e.g., stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment).
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate CSR, EE and DEI impact to stakeholders.
- Analyze interaction data, support development of EE, DEI and CSR strategy.
- Researches and stays current on employee experience trends by attending sessions and reading published materials.
- Monitoring Industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or related experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or similar field required.
- Knowledge of statistical methods such as correlation, regression, and factor analysis and the tools to analyze them (e.g., Excel, SPSS, R).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, or Power BI).
- Experience with change management, project management and communications strategies to execute employee experience initiatives as well as collaborate across the business (e.g., HR, Legal, Sales).
- Understanding of survey design, best practices with question methodology, and understanding of survey platforms (Qualtrics preferred).
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus!
