Senior Manager - Sales Support - German Language Expert
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support in Sales Activities/Account Management.
2. Member of Deal Desk for Global Key Account. Analysis of Resource requests and RFI/RFP Documents and routing of documents into respective NTT Opco to trigger sales activities.
3. Presentation of Resources and respective CV Documents to customer.
4. Definition, enhancement & rollout of G2M collaterals from content & design perspective. Support data collection for analyst reports (Gartner, Forrester, .). Support opportunity win-/ loss review process & evaluation.
Key Performance Parameters#Resource requests processed. Number of Resources positioned. Number of resources sold to client.
Essential Knowledge and Analytical Skills1. Fluent in business English &
German proficiency is required in terms of language both written and verbal communication skills essential.
2. MS PowerPoint/Word/Excel/Outlook/SAP C4C.
Education Background:
Minimum - Graduate in Finance, Business Administration
MBA (Sales / Marketing)-Desirable
Work Experience:1. 8 - 10 Years
2. Administrative excellence, order handling, Sales Support.
3. Supplier management, Resource Management, Inside Sales.
