Job Description :

- Study, design and accomplish IT goals of the organization.

- Align with the vision of organisation and create road-map for developing scalable IT solutions - In house or outsourced.

- PDD - Plan, Design & Deploy system study & systems support, connectivity solutions for all locations with different ISP (Internet service provider).

- Lead fast-paced development cycles.

- Should be able to run the IT department - Software [design, develop, test and implementation & support], hardware, networking, purchases, vendor management, contracts, agreements & AMC.

- Drive new feature/product specifications for fully functional applications for Windows/Android devices.

- Should develop in-house applications that facilitate business processes asset management, staff portal, etc. Should also work with vendors to develop applications.

- Should have experience in handling designs, data structures, debugging, SQL db structures that integrate with Android APIs and web interfaces.

- Proficiency in handling interactions between various devices and versions of Android is welcome.

- To manage the day-to-day operations of IT systems, ensuring that planning, end-user impact, change management, training, quality management are properly addressed and monitored. To meet with deadlines, budgets and service levels, and results delivered.

- Monitoring & maintaining the systems across locations with proper support matrix.

- Facilities management, architecture designing, technology Infrastructure Service.

- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.

- Preserve assets, information security and control structures.

- Service management systems, systems auditing internally.

- Tracking of AMC/ Other IT related contract renewal due dates and timely renewal of the same to ensure all systems / software / network connections are adequately supported by vendors.

- Head the service desk & technical management function of IT service operation and take overall responsibility for leadership, control and decision-making for the same.

- Supervise activities of incident & problem management, access management, application management and IT facility management activities.

- Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.

- Eye on improving operational efficiency with an objective to reduce cost

- Formal project management and training.

- Capable of developing & implementing training methodologies in software and hardware for in-house staff of various departments.

- Should design and develop ISMS [Information Security Management Systems].

- Ability to translate organisational direction into specific team and individual job expectations.

- Audit systems and assess outcomes.

- Proven ability in managing a team of software professionals

- Should collaborate with key executives, marketing personnel, UI designers, developers, to develop cutting-edge applications for logistics needs without lapse in data security and privacy.

- Provide effective leadership, management and supervision to all team members and ensure that performance is managed and all deadlines/objectives are met.

- Provide technical knowledge and leadership in the specific technical areas covered by the team or department.

- Ensure necessary technical training, awareness and experience levels are maintained within the team or department.

- Pro-actively report to senior management on all technical issues relevant to their area of responsibility.

- Forecasting the new technology changed required for the management.

Education & Experience:

- Any Graduate with 12+ years of experience in IT with minimum 5 years of experience in overall management of IT functions.

- Knowledge of CRM data and database systems; understanding of data security and other compliance responsibilities, datacenter management and data governance.

- Experience of commissioning services from third parties and managing relationships with suppliers and contractors.

- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.

- Experience in ERP customization & development, implementation, support in various modules relating to HRMS, Finance [AR, AP, GL, CM and FA], SCM [PO, Inventory & Order Mgmt.], Logistics [Operation, Fuel, RTO, Billing, Fleet, Insurance, Driver, Tyre, PO, Maintenance, etc.] will be a fillip towards selection.

- Experienced in creating and implementing IT policies and systems that will meet organization's IT objectives.
