Reports to Head Sales

Looking for people with very strong experience in Managed Service, Data Centres etc.

- Monitor and measure customer satisfaction periodically.

- Take necessary steps to improve customer satisfaction continually.

- Meet Billing target of Managed Services (Datacenter & Remote Infrastructure management)

- Meet monthly Collection target Managed Services

- Review the Performances of Team (Team Size-5)

- Retention of customer revenue

- Team Motivation and Development

- New Business Development.
