Roles & Responsibilities :
- The Bid Manager will work with multiple stakeholders including Practice teams, Account Stakeholders, Sales teams & Finance teams to build an appropriate proposal response document.
- Responsibilities include introduction and implementation of all necessary bid procedures, governance, and processes.
- Own bid responses for customer RFXs and ensure timely submission
- Provide Bid guidance and coordinate to get appropriate inputs from different stakeholders Practice Teams/ Solution Design teams / Sales Teams.
- Contributing to the written proposal -both in terms of content and presentation (such as preparation of a management summary).
- Understanding of software development technologies and the BFSI domain will be an added advantage
- End - to - End Bid Management of experience in covering medium and large deals in the area of Application Outsourcing, System Integration, and Software Products/Packaged Solutions related to Digital Transformation
- Hands-on experience with tenders portals like CPP, GeM and online proposal submission

Requirements :
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in the BFSI domain will be preferred
- Should have a good understanding of ITES and Digital Transformation
