Job Title: NRI Operations and Controls

Department: Global Trade Services

Location: Mumbai

Reporting Grade: DVP

A. Position Purpose: Handling of NRI transactions including end to end monitoring and controls

B. Position Responsibilities:

Sr. Key Responsibilities:

1. Handholding of NRI transactions from Operations perspective

2. Develop & maintain strong internal controls to ensure effective & efficient NRI process functions in a highly regulated yet dynamic environment

3. Scrutinizing and approval of transactional documents related to NRI transactions

4. Preparation of process notes

5. Monitoring of all NRI transactions from a regulatory and internal policy perspective

6. Active involvement in NRI transactions , requiring extensive coordination with different stakeholders such as Product Team, Relationship Management, Client Service, Trade Finance etc.

C. Qualifications and Experience Requirement:

Essential Graduate minimum:

Experience:

- Essential At least 4-6 years of experience in handling NRI transactions

- Hands-on knowledge and expertise in NRO / NRE / FCNR related transactions

- Thorough knowledge of FEMA guidelines related to NRI transactions

- Experience in NRI Product / NRI Marketing would be an added advantage.

D. Competency Requirements:

a. Technical Skills:

Skill Attribute: MS Office, Finacle, SWIFT All round experience in NRI operations, FEMA guidelines

b. Behavioral Skills:

Skill Attribute: Good communication, Interpersonal skills Effective communicator, managing internal as well as external clients communication, Managing TAT and Quality, Guiding business groups on regulatory aspects
