Reporting - Chief Relationship Management and Marketing

Qualification - MBA from a reputed college
Experience : Minimum 10+ years of experience in business development preferably in BFSI industry Industry Exposure - BFSI, Fintechs, Payments
Role Contour:
1. Leverage data and analytics to timely generate useful insights for Business Development to drive efficiency and higher volumes
2. Number of new opportunities discovered through data analytics
3. % increase in Sales Productivity
4. Effective project planning & management to ensure meeting business priorities
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Act as a PMO to plan and drive sales efforts by developing, comprehensive project plans, regular monitoring of progress, driving internal teams and RMs to ensure adherence to timelines;
- Identifying business opportunities and strategies to derive plan/actionable for increasing issuance, transactions, spends and market share across products with a view to ensure growth in sales/revenue
- Regular analysis of sales data to come up with timely and accurate action points to help Relationship Managers have more meaningful and productive conversations with the customer banks
- Offer unique solutions to each bank aligned to its business requirement, keeping the results of the competitive analysis of the banks in mind based on different parameters, thereby ensuring a mutual benefit for NPCI and the bank
- Work closely with various internal & external stakeholders to drive analytical solutions and enhance the business performance
- Design & monitor the BIU Dashboard from time to time to ensure accurate insights and ideas for Business Development and revenue growth are recorded and leveraged in a timely manner
