Job Purpose:
- The Incharge - Marketing is a critical link between the Product and Business Development. The incumbent should be a dynamic and creative candidate to play a critical role in Brand, Marketing and positioning for NIPL in overseas locations. The role would require to position the defined products and the relevance of Product & services from the relevance of the implementation of these products in overseas locations through Digital marketing.
- As Brand & Marketing custodian of the specified products, must be a go-getter and must have creative inclination to ideate campaigns ATL/BTL/B2B/B2B2C/B2C. Should be able to think from content perspective and must have an understanding of offline and online medium, market trends, industry changes, social media and more
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and execute defined marketing strategy and brand communications that supports opening up of new markets/countries provides for positioning and deepening of market related growth and enhances market share and supports revenue generating opportunities
- Design & Implement ATL and BTL, Online Media and digital media campaigns as per business needs
- Advice on the translation of the overall strategy to localized Region (4 global regions) led marketing plans and activities
- Marketing and BTL activities predominantly driven through digital media
- Should have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the International fairs, conclaves, programs etc. where NPCI products can be positioned and products be marketed - either directly OR through digital presence driven rationally
- Developing brand communication and marketing for brands across defined product categories and market segments
- The incumbent will be responsible for overall brand architecture of the company by managing the media planning and buying activities wherever applicable on an International level
- Liaison with and manage the creative and media agencies
- Devise and execute regular activities to build customer engagement and build brand salience Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including Product, Business Development, Operations, etc.
- Market study, competition analysis, trends in brand/marketing
- The incumbent should be able to derive relevance with multiple stakeholders who can either deliver or create opportunities for NIPL and build opportunities for Business Development led through Whitepapers, Presentations, Success Stories, Use cases etc. for implementations broadly driven in alliance with 3 product lines - i.e. Remittances, Product Licensing or Acceptance framework for UPI OR RuPay
- Should have a line of sight on the Data and work up customized strategies / approach towards its clients.
- Engage and consult the Leaders across channels for synergized efforts
- Draft and apply the Marketing Strategies as per the defined scope for NIPL
- Networking with clients with an intention to explore new avenues. Understanding of the key market trends and the movers and shakers in the specified regions where NIPL can make a pitch
- Entrepreneurial mindset, drive for ownership
- Is able to generate and create adequate communication of relevance for all the internal & external stakeholders to influence buy-in and deliver projects

- Strong knowledge of fundamentals of Marketing
- Digital marketing and avenues
- Research, Customer/Client orientation
- Understanding of the Payment networks and related marketing strategies, initiatives
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to influence strategic decision makers.
- Data driven - Analytical and problem solving ability
- Sound knowledge of digital payments is an added benefit
- Keen on networking and negotiating skills
- Displays ownership
