This role will own the functionality of devising and driving the growth marketing roadmap focused on driving virality, multi-channel creator and user acquisition, retention, mobile app adoption, and pan India brand awareness.

Responsibilities :
- As a Growth Hacker, you will spearhead NowFloats's digital acquisition strategy, find creative ways to help increase downloads of our app as well as user engagement. You will work closely with the marketing, engineering, product management teams as you implement growth strategy.
A. Performance Marketing :
- Build, drive, implement the end-to-end performance marketing strategy to drive user acquisition across all channels.
- Lead with a results-oriented goal; be funnel-driven and optimize every stage of the creator and user experience through download, retention, and engagement.
- Devise strategies to improve the conversion rates across all inbound and outbound channels. Maintain and develop all the company's digital platforms to increase traffic, optimize conversion rate, and improve customer retention.
- Scale current channels and identify new opportunities to grow the business from existing channels.
- Lead and manage digital channels including AdWords, SEO, Email, CPC, Affiliate, Social Advertising, Media Partnerships, etc. Optimize existing acquisition channels towards specific KPI targets.
- Collaborate with the content team to make sure our email campaigns, website, ad copy, and landing pages are optimized for conversion.
- Plan, launch, measure, and optimize programs to grow awareness, conversions and DAUs massively.
B. Growth Experiments :
- Conduct Growth Experiments with new messages, new audiences and media/channel combinations in small-scale tests to prove value before moving to full-scale execution.
- Develop new ways to achieve growth objectives, reach audiences, and build NowFloats brand.
- Analyse experiment data from all possible angles, and investigate what data means for real business outcomes and help create customer-centric marketing experiences.
- Drive a test-centric environment; identify new growth opportunities via marketing campaigns, social hacks, experimentation such as promotions, viral campaigns, and influencer contests.
- Devise and execute unique, edgy guerilla marketing initiatives to influence virality and brand awareness.
- Develop and implement a rigorous testing process and learning plan to identify effective content marketing and work with our product marketing team to commission new intellectual property/thought pieces to feed a thoughtful content marketing lifecycle to power growth.
- Measure everything with a focus on optimization, A/B testing and scalability in a relentless pursuit of growth.
- Run referral marketing to try and create viral growth.
C. Data Infrastructure & Growth Metrics :
- Own and implement the data infrastructure needed for rapid global growth - evaluate marketing tools, attribution models, testing capabilities, dashboards, reporting and analytics needs.
- Build the company's data engine to measure all KPIs through the customer journey from initial visit on website to purchase, retention, and advocacy.
- Define, measure, and report the performance of all marketing channels/campaigns and assess against ROI and KPI goals, including subscriber acquisition and retention
- Leverage multiple data sources to develop hypotheses and execute rapid test & learn strategies.
D. SWOT Analysis :
- Be the pulse of the competitive landscape; key expert on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the industry in order to identify strategies to stay ahead.
E. Growth Team :
- Develop, mentor, train a team of growth marketing specialists and analysts; model accountability to overall function performance against established metrics (app downloads, cost per acquisition, CPI, engagement, retention, etc.)
- Manage multiple agencies and 3rd party resources to accelerate the company's digital growth goals
F. Revenue Goals :
- Build revenue projections, align team, and hold the team accountable to weekly and quarterly revenue goals.
G. Marketing Automation :
- You will own the marketing automation software, from list to campaign management.
- Building powerful lead acquisition and nurturing funnels, using marketing automation tools to deliver high-quality leads.
Requirements :
- 5+ years of progressive experience with performance marketing within the B2B space. At least 2-3 in a management capacity.
- Bachelors (preferably an MBA) in a relevant field of study, e.g. Marketing, Computer Science, etc.
- Track record of building and taking a consumer product from 0 to 10x - has built growth from the ground up from strategic to tactical execution.
- Proven knowledge of digital and influencer marketing, paid search, guerilla and viral marketing, and mobile app adoption.
- Extensive experience with digital media planning and buying including use of programmatic buying, direct buying through Google Adwords, Bing, Google Display, Facebook, and other display networks
- Advanced experience and passion for data - analytical, end-to-end focus, and thrives in a test-oriented environment.
- Obsessed with a continuous process, systems, and operations efficiency and improvement; knows how to build the data infrastructure to scale with user growth.
- Experience with hiring, developing, and leading teams and initiatives
- Strong knowledge of the social media space, internet and pop culture, the competitive landscape, and excited about the future of social.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and audiences (creators, influencers, engineers, marketers, agencies, executives, and more)
