The Role: We are looking for a Delivery Manager to ensure service delivery and foster relationships with clients during projects. You'll be assigned as the clients first point of contact, ensuring that our customers expectations are met and they remain satisfied with our service. To succeed in this role, you'll need to communicate well and multi-task under tight deadlines. The Job: - Communicating client requirements regularly to the teams and working closely with designers, developers and implementers to ensure the highest quality of service. - Ensure accurate and timely delivery of service to the clients. - Build positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact. - Help clients implement services and plan projects effectively. - Address customer issues with speed and efficiency. - Monitor and improve account-wide delivery execution, reporting, and communication standards. - Identify and properly disposition delivery-related issues and risks. What we're looking for? - Min 3 years into client engagement / Delivery management. - Experience in selling SaaS products &amp; have Project Management experience. - Excellent verbal, written communication skills &amp; good technical background. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills, background in handling the SAAS product. - Proficient in MS Office and CRM/ Project management software. - Customer-oriented approach, ability to drive business improvements. - Masters in Business or similar field.
