- As a Rewards Specialist, you will be an individual contributor supporting various activities which includes participating in annual & ad-hoc compensation & benefits surveys and Participating in annual salary review and incentive review budget process.
- Building Salary ranges for countries where we have presence, drawing inferences from the market data and recommending to the Business partners.
- Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
Key Responsibilities :
- Support and drive the preparation of high-quality customer insight analyses to management to enable strategic and operational decision-making
- Impact and maintain strong partnership with key stakeholders, including partners in HQ, Regions, and Key affiliates, by understanding the organization and to ensure alignment and successful attainment of common targets
- Support and optimize key processes in the department, such as situation analysis and brand partner meetings
- Partnering with COE to build strategic framework
