Associate Manager Insights & Market Research
JD's :
- Support and drive the preparation of high-quality market research for key products, portfolios, and areas of interest on a country/regional or global level by guiding and mentoring the team.
- Drive the Market Research project management of a portfolio of Market Research projects in close collaboration with the Global brand teams, sourcing, and key affiliates.
- Support and drive the preparation of best-in-class customer insight analyses to senior management to enable strategic and operational decision-making.
- Impact and maintain strong partnership with key stakeholders, including partners to ensure alignment and successful attainment of common targets.
- Provide input to improve key Market Research processes in the department.
- Master's/PhD degree, preferably in Life Sciences or Master's Degree in management with Bachelor's in Lifesciences/Pharmaceutical sciences.
- 10+ years' experience in industry and/or as consultant, preferably within market research and pharma.
- Great communicator who understands the importance and power of the written word when communicating with the Team and Stakeholders.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Team Management experience is a must.
- Experience in working with global teams an advantage.
