Job Purpose :

- In collaboration with the Category and Divisional business partnering organizations, the Analytics and Reporting Manager is on point to support all reporting and analysis needs of senior leaders within their category and Divisional scope. By providing insights, benchmarking and external intelligence they play an important role in driving continuous improvement within their area and enabling the function to become world-class

Major Accountabilities :

- Responsible for monthly performance reporting; including the collation of multiple data sources (qualitative and quantitative) for the recurring production of dashboards and written progress reports

- Supports the development of executive management reporting and quarterly business performance reviews together with the Category/Divisional PMO

- Is the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Category/Divisional Head and their respective PMO; coordinating recurrent reporting needs and adhoc requirements when necessary

- Coordination and collaboration with Category analysts to ensure transparency and consistency on spend and savings data

- Coordination and Collaboration with Procurement Operations (Master Data GPO) and FRA to ensure timely and accurate information is available from Procurement systems on an ongoing basis

- Responsible for finding ways to improve and streamline the recurrent processes, thus allowing greater focus on value adding activities

- Validates and verifies all data and reporting produced within their scope of responsibility

- Leverages external information sources to provide interpretation, perspective and insights of Procurement performance

- Identifying opportunities for the improvement of the function, through analysis of historical performance and trends

- Owns and is a subject matter expert (key user) of the automated reporting software used by NBS Procurement

Key Performance Indicators :

- Internal customer feedback (from Global Category/Divisional team members)

- Delivers information on time and to a high degree of accuracy

- Creates efficiencies and removes waste in the reporting process

- Actionable insights derived from analytics that drive functional improvements

Ideal Background :

Education - minimum/desirable :

University level degree in Business Administration/Economics/Finance/Statistics

Other requirements:

- Strong statistical analysis and interpretation skills

- Expertise in MS tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access)

- Advanced communications and presentation skills

- Strong written communications (in English)

- An organized, methodical thinker with a high attention to detail

- Sound Business acumen and knowledge

- High degree of adaptability and flexibility

- Ability to work in virtual teams and with remote stakeholders

- Ability to build relationships and trust

- A self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit

- A high degree of intellectual curiosity

Languages: English (proficiency in speaking and writing)

Experience - minimum/desirable :

Minimum of 4-7 years working experience, ideally for a multi-national organization
