Job Purpose :  To support the local Staffing function in providing top talent to the client organization with appropriate talent to fill open positions; to provide excellent recruitment operations, products and services to clients and the HR team and to contribute to making the Staffing function a Center of Excellence.   Major Accountabilities   Campus Hiring:   Partner with the business to forecast the campus hiring needs for the year - Full Time, Summer Interns and Seasonal Hires  Leverage functional expertise, industry knowledge and trends to identify optimum sourcing options to attract top talent across campuses  Collaborate with hiring managers, leadership, placement officers to develop strong hiring plans and relationships   Organize the campus recruiting strategy process and execution and effectively liaise with all stakeholders to drive events on campus adhering to all compliance guidelines   Manage the entire campus lifecycle right from screening resumes, selecting candidates for interview, conducting interview kick-offs and debrief sessions, managing offer approval process, extending offers and rejecting candidates  Manage the entire engagement calendar with campuses and candidates  Build strategies that will help improve the efficiency of Campus within the organization. Evaluate campus events and activities to better understand ROI and potentially impact campus strategies.  End to end execution of Campus Branding campaigns and various outreach initiatives to create brand awareness   Creating a buzz around the Novartis brand at campus by relationship building with students to help achieve the campus vision and provide a signature candidate experience  Analyze and present recruiting metrics to the Leadership and business and Identify areas of opportunity and make recommendations  Employer Branding:   Develop tools and initiatives to maximize the company's image as an Employer of Choice, across the region with an objective of attracting qualified high potential candidates.   Partner with Global teams and other stakeholders to define a meaningful Employee Value proposition and create and execute action plans appropriately   Build customized and innovative branding strategies across all staffing channels like job boards, linked in, referrals and vendors to attract the right talent and create an exclusive brand in the market   Support internal and external campaigns that drive Employer Brand Ambassadorship from an Employee and Candidates standpoint (eg: Participation in Presentations, Career Fairs, and Forums etc.)  Ensure that internal/external employer brand messages are clearly articulated, aligned and disseminated effectively via attraction campaigns in conjunction with the Staffing COE  Work hand-in-hand with global and regional recruitment teams, internal communication and other internal stakeholders to localize and optimize branding initiatives aligning them to all Communication, Compliance and Branding guidelines of the organization   Act as Subject Matter Expert within the Employer Branding space by providing the Staffing organization with the best knowledge, proper external benchmarks, best practices and innovative solutions to build Novartis as a brand in the market   Key Performance Indicators :  Campus - Selection, Hiring:   Vacancies filled per annum meeting hiring targets   Cost per hire aligned to benchmark targets for hires   Relationships and day status / slots achieved on campus   Prior years- hires performance and retention aligned to benchmark targets   Line clients and HR colleagues surveyed for service satisfaction   Education: Masters in Human Resources  Experience/Skills: 7 to 10 years of experience as a Campus recruitment specialist with strong exposure and expertise in employer branding activities.  Ability to work independently as well as part of global, cross-regional and cross-functional teams  Excellent organizational, project, task and administrative skills  Excellent presentation, communication skills
