Requirement Details :
Qualification : MBA (Finance)
Working timings : 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Key Requirement :
- 2+ years Expr in secondary research / Market Research/ Data Analysis / Primary Research / Business Analytics.
- Good understanding of Financial analysis and handling huge financial data
- Working knowledge of the aspects of financial profitability, both from an individual product or from a company standpoint will be considered.
- Working knowledge and proficiency of analytical computer programs, e.g., Excel, Access, Word, is essential. Additional knowledge and proficiency with other financial or contracting systems will be considered beneficial.
- Ability to devise new approaches, methods and systems in response to the changing managed care environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English required ensuring ability to interact with all levels of internal and global customers.
- Excellent analytical and interpretation skills.
Other responsibilities :
- Based upon proper evaluation and interpretation adjudicating member eligibility for various market segments utilizing SAP/R3.
- Is to resolve membership and chargeback claims. This helps us in maintaining appropriate first pass by being proactive.
- Resolve discrepancies relating to customer information and eligibility
- Responsible for maintaining an in depth knowledge and functional use of internal systems for maintaining membership updates
- Communicate with wholesalers and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) etc. to determine member eligibility
- Maintain an effective customer focus and proactively manage all aspects of account assignment while performing other related duties and ad hoc responsibilities as required
- Prepare Team Metrics on monthly basis and provide management with current month performance
Salary Range: 6 - 7 LPA
