Job Purpose:
To help develop, implement, and monitor compensation policies, procedures, practices, and programs for all Divisions and Businesses present on Hyderabad Site.
Provide full first level C&B support to all Businesses and Functions present locally.
Major Accountabilities:
- Build good working relationship with HR, Staffing and Line Management and actively participate in initiatives in order to accomplish common goals.
- Help build and maintain employee understanding and appreciation of the value of compensation and benefits programs through effective implementation of C&B programs and communications.
- Provide counsel and recommendation on offers within the framework of the C&B Operating Guidelines (escalate exceptions/special cases to Global Development C&B Head).
- Run regular analyses to ensure market competitiveness of our population locally.
- Provide 1st level input on evaluation/levelling of jobs (GJFA).
- Act as Primary Contact to local survey providers.
- Conduct yearly salary surveys, analyse results, recommend salary ranges, summarize market trends.
- Provide adhoc benchmarks (in collaboration with survey providers if necessary).
- Administer/implement centralised compensation projects locally.
- Ensure compliance with all local legislation and regulations regarding compensation and benefits programs.
- Represent Hyderabad in country-wide cross-Divisional local C&B projects.
- Administer year-end merit and annual promotion processes in collaboration with Global Development C&B Head.
Ideal Background:
Education : - Master in Business Administration(MBA) with 5-8 years of experience.
Languages: - English.
- Local country language.
Experience: (5-8 years) in HR management in a large, multinational organization, and a clear record of creating and administering compensation and benefits programs that maximize employee hiring, retention, and satisfaction levels.
- Thorough understanding of C&B needs, especially with regard to competitive compensation and benefits administration.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
