Role Overview:

- We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with a solid foundation in .Net Development, Dot Net Core, and experience managing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a focus on the Waterfall/Agile methodology. Experience in the General Insurance domain will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate will lead a cross-functional team, ensuring project deliverables are aligned with business goals, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Leadership: Plan, execute, monitor, and complete projects leveraging the Waterfall/Agile methodology.

- Technical Oversight: Provide guidance and support on projects involving .Net Development and Dot Net Core technologies.

- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of developers, QA engineers, and analysts, ensuring efficient collaboration and productivity.

- SDLC Management: Oversee all stages of the SDLC, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and client expectations.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines.

- Risk Management: Identify potential risks, devise mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth project delivery.

- Domain Expertise: Utilize knowledge of the general insurance domain to align technical solutions with industry requirements and best practices.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality deliverables by adhering to coding standards, testing processes, and documentation requirements.

Qualifications:

- Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Experience:

- 8+ years in IT projects with at least 3+ years in a managerial capacity.

- Proven hands-on experience with .Net Development and Dot Net Core.

- Experience managing projects using the Waterfall/Agile methodology.

- Familiarity with the general insurance domain (preferred but not mandatory).

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of the SDLC process.

- Proficiency in project planning, resource management, and risk assessment.

- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multi-stakeholder environments.

Preferred Skills:

- Domain experience in general insurance processes, policies, and systems.

- Exposure with Javascript UI Frameworks like ReactJS or NextJS or Angular would be preferable.

- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements in insurance technology.
