Strategic :
- Coordinate with the Corporate for target setting for each center in collaboration with the Center Directors and Sales team, and prepare Annual Operating Plan for the region consolidating all the inputs
- Devise strategies in collaboration with Sales team to achieve business targets and supervise the implementation through Center Directors
- Support Medical Director and Chief Embryologist in the transformation of advanced technology from partnership with IVI Spain and other avenues to the NIF centers in the respective region
Operational :
- Provide thought leadership on all operational aspects for all the centers in the respective region
- Review operational performance, systems and processes to ensure smooth and hassle free operations of the centers at all times; Provide inputs on corrective actions to be taken (as applicable) in order to meet the financial targets of the centers
- Liaise with the stakeholders in legal, political and social environment to ensure successful operations of the centers
- Ensure collaboration/coordination of operations and sales team at all levels to enable superior performance
- Oversee the quality standards of service delivery across all centers to ensure quality patient care is delivered across all centers (in that region) in standardized manner
- Continuously look out for ways to improve the service delivery in NIF centers in terms of quality, cost effectiveness, adherence to timelines etc.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop a mechanism to track patient conversion and continuously monitor the effectiveness of the tracking process
- Oversee and ensure that all standard clinical policies and procedures are followed in compliance with NABH requirements, State/local rules & regulations and the rules of all licensing and accrediting bodies
- Establish and maintain communication with Practicing Doctors in the centers and support the Center Director in doctor engagement initiatives
- Ensure periodic clinical and medical reviews along with the Medical Director and oversee timely execution of the initiatives/follow-up activities
- Act as a second level of escalation point for all operational Issues related to the centers within the region and take suitable action by interfacing with the concerned stakeholders to obtain timely solutions
- Assist projects team in setting up new centers in the region and support center heads in integration of the brown-field/green-field centers into NOVA family
- Coordinate with the regional counterpart for Business Development to establish NOVA brand through various sales and marketing campaigns
Financial :
- Prepare the annual operating budget for the region with the assistance of Corporate and in line with the Annual Operating budget
- Monitor the budget utilization and other financial measures of each center in the region; Study and analyze causes for significant deviation from budget and take corrective action for the same, if required
People :
- Oversee if the right number and quality of manpower is hired in accordance with the manpower planning
- Establish performance requirements and evaluate the work of reportees in order to achieve the department goals and develop reportees who are unable to meet expected performance levels
- Support HR in investigating and resolving critical attrition and increasing employee engagement levels at the regional level
- Foster a culture of camaraderie and high performance by actively leading and participating in various employee engagement initiatives at the respectively centers
- Identify and nurture high potential employees, mentor & support them in shaping their careers
- Identify and build potential successors and ensure a healthy succession pipeline for the region
