About this Profile :
The General Manager, Corporate Training is the primary resource reporting to the Executive Vice President for Nova IVI Fertility. The resource is expected to design and execute appropriate training services for all stakeholder roles, build training content and train a pan India cross-disciplinary team and will be responsible in setting and measuring service metrics:
Responsibilities :
- Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers and HOD
- Ability to design & implement a consistent & standard training module sympathetic to patient needs across departments (Front Office, Patient Coordination, Floor Managers, Nursing staff and IVF Lab) including
Draw an overall training and development plan to addresses needs and expectations
Deploy a wide variety of training methods and monitor and evaluate training program- s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
Provide opportunities for ongoing development
- Ability to recruit & comprehensively train teams including
Creation of service training sessions, meetings and skills training
New Location Planning (one-time immersion modules)
Ongoing Location Refresher and Training Planning
- Manage training budget
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices

Experience, Qualifications & Skills :
- Have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in training or services support
- Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations)
- Strong English written and oral communication skills
- Experience at working both independently and in team-oriented environments and experience managing relationships at the senior management level.
