We are looking for a product marketing manager with the following experience & background.
Position: Product Marketing Manager - TMS & Logistics SaaS.
Experience: 8- 12 years.
Location: Bengaluru.
About the Role:
- We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager with deep domain expertise in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to drive the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging for our Logistics SaaS product.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS marketing, logistics technology, and a proven ability to translate complex product capabilities into compelling value propositions for enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for the TMS product, including product launches, positioning, and demand generation initiatives.
- Craft compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates our TMS solution from competitors and effectively communicates its value to shippers, carriers, and 3PLs.
- Work closely with product management, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing strategies with product roadmap and business goals.
- Create and manage marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership content tailored to the logistics and supply chain industry.
- Drive competitive analysis and market intelligence to identify trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Collaborate with the demand generation team to create targeted campaigns that drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Define and track key marketing KPIs, including conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and campaign performance.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for TMS and logistics technology, providing insights for industry events, webinars, and customer engagements.
- Partner with the sales team to develop sales tools, pitch decks, and training materials to improve sales effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.
- Strong domain expertise in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and related logistics technologies.
- Experience marketing B2B SaaS products, preferably for enterprise customers.
- Proven ability to create compelling product messaging, positioning, and sales enablement content.
- Familiarity with competitive analysis, market research, and customer insights to drive strategic marketing initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing, lead generation, and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, collaborating with product, sales, and marketing teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a high-growth Logistics Tech or SaaS startup.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
- Knowledge of freight management, last-mile delivery, and supply chain optimization.
- Experience working with enterprise customers, 3PLs, and freight brokers.
