- Guide and drive sales team to generate LAP / Micro LAP in assigned zones, ensure credit risk, credit process, collection of repayment and disbursal of loans. Identify new location for new Business.
- Develop and generate business for the Region. Ensure TAT for disbursement and highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure conduct of marketing initiatives of the organization on state level.
- Responsible to meet the Monthly and Quarterly Disbursement & Revenue goals. Recruitment of Team members, Training, Motivation, Guidance, and Target Set up, Sales Calls, DSR of Team & pipeline.
- Supervise the performance of teams, Drive acquisition of new customers through open market leads.
- Monitor the Competitors market activities, attending to customer inquires | grievance on a timely basis, monitoring and redressing customer grievances and finding solutions for the chronic issues.
- Conduct regular one-on-one and team meetings, performance reviews, and other checkpoints to provide coaching and keep a pulse on the team to increase business in assign region.
