About our Client - Our client is a leading Domestic Private Bank with strong growth across consumer and corporate banking business and rapidly expanding footprints in India. They have shown a consistent growth quarter on quarter for last few years. They are looking to recruit an experienced North regional head to drive the entire wealth RMs to sell wealth, liability and mortgage products to HNI customers across the North India region, based out of Delhi.
Job Description - Managing a team of 15+ RMs across the North India wealth businesses, the role involves - Driving the sales targets and key performance indicators, across the teams in the North
- Develop sales strategies and implement sales plans to achieve targets
- Managing and mentoring team members to achieve individual targets
- Co-ordinate with the product team & key mutual fund and insurance partners for the business development and up-skilling of the RMs
- Co-ordination with central teams for sales tracking performance management. - Inculcate audit and compliance awareness within the team
- Traveling across the North region and spending adequate time across teams
The Successful Candidate - The successful candidate should be a CA/MBA qualified professional. He/she must have at least 12-15 years of relevant experience in managing large teams in wealth management sales and team management.
