- Map select key accounts in the assigned geography. Identify the key decision-makers for insurance purchases. List renewals of major policies throughout the year.
- Be responsible for the complete sales cycle. Client sourcing, pitch presentation, negotiation, and closing
- Conduct risk assessment and insurance diagnostic for the client. Identify problem and risk gap areas in the client's current portfolio and make suitable recommendations. Coordinate delivery of risk-mitigation VAS
- Work with in-house underwriting team to design suitable policies for clients.
- Present options from multiple insurers.
- Manage a team of 1-2 Assistant Mangers to meet the above objectives
- Report achievement vis-a-vis plan on a periodic basis to the management team. Maintain MIS on key performance indicators
- Ensure all technology applications of the firm are effectively utilized by the client including the mobile app, support email id, centralized number, policy administration tool, and risk diagnostic tool.
CANDIDATE BACKGROUND:
- Post graduate
- Experience of direct sales of commercial insurance is a must
- More than 10 years of experience in general insurance
