We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Vice President of Architecture and Delivery to lead the architecture, design, and end-to-end delivery of advanced cybersecurity services and solutions. This role will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of Managed XDR, Attack Surface Reduction, and Advisory services, while driving the long-term architectural vision for cybersecurity solutions. You will play a critical leadership role in shaping and executing cybersecurity strategies, fostering strong client relationships, and overseeing a high-performing, security-focused team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Service Delivery Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Managed XDR, Attack Surface Reduction, and Advisory services to clients, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service excellence, and client satisfaction.

- Cybersecurity Architecture Oversight: Lead the design, development, and implementation of security architectures for Managed XDR, Attack Surface Reduction, and other advanced cybersecurity solutions. Ensure these architectures are scalable, resilient, and aligned with the organization's security strategy.

- SOC Operations Leadership: Manage the operations of the Security Operations Center (SOC), optimizing monitoring, incident management, and response processes. Ensure SOC capabilities meet business and client needs while maintaining high operational efficiency.

- Incident & Escalation Management: Take responsibility for escalations related to security events and incidents. Lead the development and implementation of response processes that address complex security incidents and drive continuous improvement.

- SLA & Process Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and foster a culture of operational excellence through process optimization, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Governance & Metrics: Develop and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to drive governance, quality, and efficiency in cybersecurity architecture and service delivery. Influence operational change to ensure ongoing performance improvement.

- Threat Management & Detection: Lead efforts in proactive threat management, threat modeling, and hunting. Develop and enhance detection rules and use cases to improve the effectiveness of security monitoring and threat intelligence.

- Team Training & Development: Ensure that the architecture and delivery teams have access to ongoing training and skill development to stay ahead of evolving cybersecurity threats and technology trends.

- Cybersecurity Maturity & Resilience: Advise clients on strategies to enhance their cybersecurity maturity and resilience. Lead assessments of clients' cybersecurity posture and recommend appropriate improvements.

- Solution Design & Communication: Evaluate client needs and design tailored cybersecurity solutions that meet their requirements. Effectively communicate the value and impact of complex security solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Security Assessments: Plan and execute comprehensive IT security assessments for both on-premise and cloud environments. Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks, and prepare actionable reports for clients.

- Stakeholder Communication: Engage with senior leadership, clients, and technical teams to ensure alignment between security strategies, business goals, and client expectations. Present complex security topics in a clear and concise manner to all stakeholders.

- Sales & Proposal Support: Contribute to sales pursuits, proposals, and the development of security practice eminence. Collaborate with business development teams to drive growth through strategic client relationships and tailored security offerings.

- Project Delivery: Lead complex security projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.

- Knowledge Sharing & Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging knowledge sharing and teamwork within the organization, helping clients solve complex cybersecurity challenges.

- Enterprise Security Leadership: Provide strategic direction for the organization's cybersecurity initiatives, including the development of long-term security strategies that align with business objectives.

- Cybersecurity Strategy & Technology Updates: Regularly review and refine the cybersecurity strategy, ensuring that the organization stays ahead of emerging threats and adopts the latest technologies and practices.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for further engagement and ensuring ongoing satisfaction and success.

Qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, with at least 4 years in a leadership role focused on architecture and delivery.

Certifications:

- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).

- Cloud security certifications from major Cloud Service Providers (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Architect, Google Cloud Architect) or Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) / Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK).

Desired Skills & Experience:

- SOC Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SOC operations, design, and management, including experience with domain administration, network architecture, and change control procedures.

- Risk Management Expertise: Familiarity with IT risk management frameworks such as ISO 31000, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001/27002, and others.

- Cybersecurity Technologies: Hands-on experience with MDR, EDR, XDR, SIEM, Vulnerability Management, IDS/IPS, NTA, UEBA, DLP, and similar technologies.

- Cloud Security Expertise: Advanced knowledge of cloud security practices, specifically within AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments.

- Threat Landscape Awareness: Strong understanding of modern cyber threats, risk management, and incident response best practices.

- Vendor & Client Management: Proven experience in managing vendor relationships and client expectations throughout engagement cycles.

- Security Solution Design: Expertise in designing and delivering tailored cybersecurity solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.
