Noora Health is a social enterprise whose mission is to empower family caregivers with the skills and knowledge they need to take care of their loved one's health. We achieve this by partnering with healthcare providers and providing them with the training and tools they need to better engage patient families. Job Description :
1. Manage end-to-end operations of Noora Health program at identified healthcare partners:
- The operations of our program are divided into different phases that include both on-site implementation (requiring travel to remote locations) and off-site support.
- The various phases will require needs assessment, data collection, managing the relationship with our partners, implementing various products/resources created by our team, training hospital staff, and following up with hospitals, in-house trainers to ensure the implementation and quality of the program.
2. Partner Management and Communication
- You will be responsible for Partner management in the respective region and people management
- You will be the face of the organization at our partner sites and will be required to maintain a close relationship with management as well as the doctors, nurses, and all levels of staff.
- You will have a keen sense of what is happening - on the ground- and communicate this to the rest of the team so we are able to adapt our program for each setting.
- You would be involved in product testing, monitoring, and evaluation on the field
3. Business writing and documentation
- You will be responsible for drafting and presenting proposals, reports, presentations to administrators/stakeholders in the partner healthcare institutions.
Requirements :
- Comfortable with long duration travel to remote locations
- Fluency in the native language of the state for which the candidate is applying (this is a strict requirement)
- 2+ years of relevant working experience
- At least 2 work samples such as papers, presentations or other documents that demonstrate relevant experience will be requested at later stages
- Professional references will be requested at the final round of interviews
