About Noon:

Noon is Emaar group's e-commerce venture in middle east. We are launching as a combination of retail and marketplace platform for general merchandise. We have an office in Gurgaon that provides analytics, tech and content support to the HQ at Dubai.

About the role:

This role gives the opportunity to boost your analytical and managerial skills. It's a high growth role as the organization is just building and you could mould your growth in any direction. Apart from running the analytics piece for pricing of retail and MP products, you would also be leading a team of executives. The candidate will eventually have joint responsibility in maintaining the topline and bottomline for the business.

- Idealize, create and update the reports to help take better pricing decisions

- Stakeholder(category teams) management for understanding key requirements, helping them with the insights we provide

- Lead a team of 6-8 executives for competitive intelligence

Expectation from candidate :

1. IIT/NIT grad with 1-3 years of experience. Not suitable for MBAs.

2. Prior experience in e-commerce & analytics.

3. Excellent excel skills.

4. Experience with programming language like SQL, R would be a plus though not mandatory.
