Job Summary:


- At noon, we are committed to building a world-class platform that empowers sellers while delivering exceptional customer and seller experiences.

- We are looking for a Sr. Manager Seller Operations to lead innovative initiatives that elevate operational efficiency.

- The ideal candidate will harness the power of AI technologies to build scalable processes, optimize seller experiences, and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build Automated Processes: Develop scalable workflows across seller-facing functions including Seller Onboarding, Forward Operations, Reverse Logistics, and Seller Support.

- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver high-impact projects that align with noon's strategic objectives.

- Monitor Business Metrics: Track and enhance key performance metrics to deliver best-in-class seller and customer experiences.

- Cost Optimization: Analyze processes to identify cost-saving opportunities and boost operational efficiency.

- Own Seller Experience & NPS: Drive improvements in seller satisfaction by enhancing Net Promoter Score (NPS).

- Collaborate with Tech Teams: Ideate and implement tech-driven initiatives to elevate seller support and operations.

- Data-Driven Feedback: Provide data-backed recommendations to optimize SLAs, quality, conversion rates, and NPS.

- AI & Innovation: Lead AI-powered projects to automate and improve operational processes.

- Reduce Seller Contact Ratio: Design strategies that minimize seller contacts and improve first contact resolution rates.

- Cross-Functional Engagement: Work with product, tech, and operations teams to identify bottlenecks and develop solutions.

- Performance Reporting: Regularly update senior management on project outcomes, KPIs, and performance metrics.

- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep pace with emerging technologies, particularly AI, to ensure noon remains innovative and agile.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier engineering or management institute in India.

- 10+ years of experience managing cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments preferably in e commerce or seller operations.

- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in consumer or seller operations.

- Proven ability to lead data-driven projects, manage multiple initiatives, and meet deadlines.

- Exceptional problem-solving and creative thinking skills.

- Demonstrated success in driving innovation within complex operational frameworks.
