What will you do?

- As part of the Central planning team, the Senior Business Analyst focuses primarily on developing new models, deriving insights & discovering underlying trends from data that underpin sound business decisions & drive efficiency.

- Responsibilities include a full range of activities from leading small to mid-size projects to assisting other decision makers/managers on larger more complex projects related to operational business functions.

- The role calls for a strong understanding of key performance indicators of business as well as plenty of experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis combined with an understanding of Operations.

- Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes.

- Identifying the problem and structuring it to deliver the desired outcomes independently.

- Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, dashboards, and performance metrics. Making and preparing thoughtful and insightful dashboards which are interactive and contribute to the decision-making.

- Work cohesively with several project owners, business analysts, and developers to deliver the analysis framework that enables the delivery of insights into efficiency & scale improvements.

- Simplify and automate reporting and other data-driven activities; build solutions to have the maximum scale and self-service ability by stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Minimum 4+ years of work experience as a Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst/Data Scientist/Analytics Lead.

- Experience in the e-commerce industry is preferred but not mandatory.

- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities with an ability to structure problems for analysis, analyze the data, understand root cause, propose solutions.

- Experience working with senior decision-makers.

- Strong communication/interpersonal skills

- Avid curiosity and passion to take on tough challenges and generate new ideas.

- An individual who works collaboratively and is comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

- Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements.
