What you'll do:.
- Analyze product performance metrics and user behavior to uncover actionable insights.
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
- Create detailed reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to track product performance and user engagement.
- Identify trends and patterns within data to propose product optimizations and improvements.
- Support A/B testing and feature experiments by analyzing results and making data-driven recommendations.
- Work closely with engineers and stakeholders to ensure proper data collection and accuracy.
- Monitor product health and user journeys, identifying areas for growth or improvement.
What you'll need:.
- 2-4 years of experience in product analytics or a similar role.
- Strong experience with analytics tools (e. BigQuery) and data visualization platforms (e. , Tableau, PowerBI).
- Ability to work with large data sets and proficiency in SQL or similar query languages.
- A solid understanding of consumer behavior in B2C environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills to convey insights and recommendations effectively.
- A proactive, self-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
