To achieve this goal, noon has built end-to-end in-house capabilities across all verticals. After launching in 2017, we are now looking for aggressive scaling strategies to maximize our customer reach and product offerings.

What you'll do:

At noon, we aspire to be the most customer-centric and relevant digital company in the region. To reach this goal, we need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people who love the hustle. If you'd like to help us build a place where everyone can find and buy anything online in the region, this is your chance to make history.

As a lead planner for the Beauty category, you will be responsible for working in cross-functional teams to build strategic advantage through planning and execution of plans.

Key responsibilities include:

- Prepare weekly demand plan for the category incorporating inputs from cross-functional teams. Stress test the plan and assumptions with relevant stakeholders

- Review out of stock periodically and prepare action plan jointly with Instock team

- Plan relevant variables including pricing, margin, profit, stock turn, and margin mix highlighting opportunities, threats, and required action.

- Track and report actual sales vs. plan. Conduct root causes analysis for any shortfall and build an action plan to improve target achievement in the future.

- Monitor inventory aging and prepare action plans for slow and non-moving SKUs.

- Undertake strategic products such as brand allocation to various business units to improve customer experience, category P&L, and process improvement

What you'll need:

- Bachelor degree

- Strong stakeholder management track-record

- 5+ years of relevant experience in leading e-commerce or FMCG organization

- Strong problem-solving skills

- MBA in supply chain preferred

Who will excel?

The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-pressure environment with a strong passion for delivering results. A candidate who has a successful history of working in teams solving challenging topics and is willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. At noon, we have the courage to pursue what seems impossible. We work hard to get things done. We go to great lengths to ensure that the experience of everyone from our customers to our sellers or noon Bandidos is stellar but above all, we are grateful for the opportunities we have. If you feel the above values resonate with you - you will enjoy this incredible journey with us!
