What you'll do:

- The Partner Growth Manager will lead a team of analysts in managing key brand accounts, monitoring performance, and providing actionable insights.

- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in eCommerce and category management/ consulting, focusing on brand growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of analysts to ensure optimal brand performance and growth.

- Oversee daily performance tracking and share regular reports.

- Identify and resolve issues to improve brand performance.

- Coordinate with commercial teams on stock inbounding, brand planning, inventory management and replenishments.

- End-to-end responsibility for the brands' performance, including revenue, growth, and maintenance of the brand portfolio.

- Advice on pricing and strategies to expedite sales and enhance brand growth.

- Assist with strategic planning and manage large accounts.

- Develop infrastructure for regular communication of brand performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including category, operations, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless execution of key account initiatives.

- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and business stakeholders.

- Drive data governance initiatives for data quality and accuracy.

What you'll need:

- Bachelor's /Master's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field from a reputable institution.

- 5+ years of experience in analytics, eCommerce, consulting, FMCG, or category management.

- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint; SQL knowledge preferred.

- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Proven track record in eCommerce trading and category management.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

- Ambitious, hardworking, and eager to drive brand growth.

- Experience in managing large accounts and strategic planning.
