Is this you :

What you'll do :

- Lead the Digital Marketing team and activities for the noon platform

- Develop strategies, implement campaigns and optimize the digital performance marketing channels of Noon (paid search, shopping campaigns, digital growth channels, SEO) to drive traffic, engagement and retention

- Manage budgets and leverage data across the digital marketing channels and campaigns to achieve scale and efficiency

- Manage and maintain day to day operations including execution, QA and reporting of campaigns

- Develop and execute test and learn strategies across all channels.

- Measure the incrementality of the different channels and campaigns to achieve maximum efficiency

- Manage communication, set a process and build relation with internal and external stakeholders

- Identify new and emerging marketing channels

What you'll need :

- 6+ years of experience in digital performance marketing

- Heavy operational experience with search, social, shopping and remarketing channels

- Proven track record of managing and scaling digital marketing teams and activities

- Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to use data and analysis to make recommendations and drive decisions

- Bachelor's Degree in a related field

- Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked and high energy environment

- Outstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skills

- History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done

- Aptitude for organization, flexibility and producing results

- Experience working in a similar or related role
