KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process Execution:
- Hand-on experience in executing day-to-day activities within the payroll accounting, Payouts, and General Ledger processes, following the established procedures and guidelines.
- Deep understanding of payroll systems, and a keen eye for detail.
- Manage payroll accounting activities, including reconciliation of payroll accounts and general ledger entries.
Support Process Improvements:
- Collaborate with the Global Shared Service Centre HR team to identify areas for process improvement in the Employee Payable processes.
- Assist in maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Turnaround Times (TATs) for payouts, ensure accuracy.
Month-End Support:
- Assist in month-end closing activities, ensure timely closer of respective GL such as and BS schedule preparations.
- Provide tax related report comprising to Payroll related GLs.
Banking Assistance:
- Support banking activities related to employee's payments, as well ensure funds requirements.
Audit Support:
- Provide support during internal and statutory audits by assisting in data retrieval, documentation, and compliance-related tasks.
Process Participation:
Actively participate in new initiatives and process improvement projects, offering input and assistance as needed to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Accounts Payable/Payroll accounting and reporting handling activities.
- Qualification: B Com/ BBA/ MBA or Equivalent qualification knowledge of general accounting and AP modules, reconciliations.
- Experience: Minimum 7 Years of work experience in a centralized setup environment handling Payroll accountings and reporting, Preferable for e-commerce or Retail sector.
- Systems tool Work Experience: Oracle /Other ERP/ MS Dynamic/ Strong experience in handling MS Excel.
- Proficiency with payroll software and systems.
- Language Proficiency: English/ Arabic (will be an advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
