About the role:
Finance Manager (MIS Reporting)
To be an addition to the MIS & Accounting Team based in Gurgaon office. Main responsibilities will include preparing MIS Reports, supporting schedules, Presentations and other Key Reports to top management and Business Teams.
Key Activities:
- Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements
- Preparation & Presentation of Monthly P&L report (MIS)
- P&L analysis reports (Key financial information Ratio and analysis to the top management for financial decision-making).
- Preparation and presentation of Division wise financial analysis (PPT) for each division for weekly/monthly/Quarterly divisional meeting.
- Provide Variance analysis report of actuals against budget plan to the management.
Preferred qualifications and experiences
- Sound experience in Reporting.
- Candidates with working experience of ERP IFS are an added advantage.
- Preference will be given to one with experience in ecommerce or retail industry
Key skills:
- CA/MBA with 5 to 8 years of experience in MIS Reporting profile.
- Strong command over Microsoft Office and ERP system.
- Strong Team building and leadership skills; in addition to strong interpersonal skills.
- Possess and exercise sound analytical, and problem-solving skills.
