Key Responsibilities:


- Lead Finance AR profile to ensure process improvements in the receivables, loyalty and wallet domain.

- Maintain stipulated SLA/ TAT for the R2R process.

- Ensure proper accountings and GL balance reviews, partner with a local cross-functional team, and ensure financial and accounting controls.

- Ensure and drive periodic receivable balance reconciliations at order level to ensure collection TAT is maintained and DSO is maintained at less than 2 days.

- Laise with different bank and BNPL partners to solve payment gateway and collection related issues, reconcile payment gateway and cash on delivery transaction with proper chargeback management and dispute handling.

- Develop and circulate reports to management to highlight progress on all key KPI's and risk area.

- Work with product team to identify and solve wallet and online payment related concerns/issues.

- Settlement and recovery of wallet transactions and intercompany balance for cross selling among group companies.

- Ensuring timely refunds of wallet balance to customer bank accounts to solve customer escalation on timely basis with proper liaising with CS and operations team.

- Bring efficiency and process improvement in day to day operation by out of the box approach and lead the team by example.

- Ensure and drive accounting and reconciliation of good in transit, customer-initiated return and manage recover for lost inventory from supply chain.

- Ensuring reconciliation of payment gateway fees and optimise traffic allocation to reduce overall payment cost.

- Ensure timely completion & review of period closer of books and support group Financial Reporting team to ensure on-time reporting.

- Ensure smooth month-end / quarter-end / year-end closer process, drive financial hygiene and clean-up process, and ensure timely delivery of P&L and Balance sheet schedules.

- Handle periodic monthly/ quarterly/year-end intercompany reconciliation activities and ensure on-time submission of MIS/reports.

- Strong Team player and should be capable to handle coaching larger teams with a positive attitude.

- Handle cross functions relationships and provide proactive support and resolutions to businesses and stakeholders.

- Work closely with the Group Finance team to support and have a smooth closer of Internal and Statutory Audits and timely data support and query resolutions.

Skills Required:


- CA/ACCA/master's degree or MBA in Finance / or related professional qualification along with 6-10 years of professional experience.

- Must possess a sound knowledge in a broad range of in fields such as Audit, Internal Controls, Finance, and Business Analytics (preferably in the e-commerce and retail industry).

- Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in stakeholder management and problem-solving approach.

- Knowledge of systems and processes commonly utilized within e-commerce and/or retail environments.

- Knowledge of SQL programming language and data management tool preferred.

- Strong critical thinking with the ability to define problems and propose solutions.

- Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills.

- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and resources to.

- Ensure work is completed efficiently and within established timeframes.

- Effective verbal and written communication skills.

- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships internally and externally.
