What is the role?
Job description: We at noon are looking for talented business development executives to be part of the electronics category, who would play a pivotal role in driving category growth
Key responsibilities:
1. Ensure best in class customer experience through compelling category assortment, strong site merchandising, world-class PDP's, inspiring content, and excellent knowledge of consumer journeys for your category.
2. Ensure Category growth through expanding Assortment, price leadership, Key partnerships, on-time launches and Category Monetization
3. Identify, negotiate, and onboard partners/sellers that add value to the overall category offering
4. Manage key partnerships & ensure they grow month-on-month by addressing gaps in their listing, price disparities against offline/online competition & healthy inventory cover
5. Inventory planning & management to ensure availability of top products & brands at all times
6. Build alternative revenue streams through multiple avenues from sellers & brands -onsite brand marketing, brand ads , innovative digital campaigns , co-marketing campaigns etc.
7. Establish and maintain strong collaborative working relationships with internal and external business partners to drive the best shopping experience.
Requirements :
1. Relevant experience of 1-5 years in e-commerce/retail
2. Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
3. Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to use data and analysis to make recommendations and drive decisions
4. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
5. MBA degree is a must
6. Excellent analytical acumen and experience in generating reports. SQL knowledge will be good to have
