The person will be closely involved with the company's critical priorities and frequently interact with the CEO and key partners.
Key responsibilities include:
(1) Strategic Account Management - Lead strategic relations with key accounts in the retail industry and government. Prepare combined strategic vision with the brands/dealers and work in cross-functional teams to achieve plan:
a. Strategy building - Set joint ambitions for brands at noon and prepare a roadmap to achieve the plan
b. Growth - Co-ordinate with brands and internal teams to design and implement growth plan including deals and promotion offers
c. Review - Conduct monthly review meetings with internal and brand teams on performance - sales, gmv, conversion, asp, etc.
(2) Strategic Projects - Lead standalone projects which improve medium to long term customer experience, branding exercise and improve internal processes
(3) Investor Relations - support in the development of board material/ad-hoc investor requests
Basic Qualification:
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree
- 2+ years of consulting experience with a leading consulting firm (MBB preferably)
