Noob Community - Technical Co-Founder/CTO

We at Noob Community are an Early-stage Influencer Tech Startup. We are building a cohesive engagement portal to help influencers monetize their patrons and provide an immersive community experience. We are currently a Part of Viridian E -Spark Accelerator's Cohort and looking for a Technical Co-Founder(Full Time) who has both the necessary technical know-how as well an entrepreneurial spirit that is required to fuel rapid product development.

Education qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA (with tech undergrad background) from a Tier-1/2 institute.

Requirements:

- Minimum 4 Years of Experience in developing applications (from fixing bugs to dynamic functionalities) and scaling Platforms to a significant user base.

- Extensive Knowledge of Product Development Life Cycle. Responsible for end-to-end product conceptualization/design and technology implementation of the platforms.

- Hands-on full-stack engineering, research, prototyping, and testing skills are mandatory.

- Strong Affinity towards AI/ML and Programming Prowess to develop an end to end customizable Code Driven Platform as per the Product Vision. (Front End+Back End Development).

- Proficient at Tracking & Evaluating Technology Performance metrics.

- Ability to bring in and manage a pool of skilled developers to scale product functionality.

- Collaborative Approach and Leadership Skills.

- A strong Problem Solving Mindset and ability to Multitask.

- Attention to Detail and Ability to code extensively to meet deadlines.

- Game Development Skills as well as prior experience in the Digital Media/Influencer Industry will be a Bonus.

What you can expect:

- Phase 1(3-4 Weeks)-Prototype Building-During this period you shall be assisting the team in brainstorming functionalities and programming extensively to create a product. This period is designed to make you familiar with the product vision.

- This Prototype will be used for Market Testing and Fundraising.

- Phase 2-Product Development and Scaling-Post Fundraise we shall be rapidly Scaling in terms of Functionality and Reach.

- Prominent Equity Stake + Opportunity to Get additional stake if willing to commit personal Funds to this venture.

- Salary can be availed once we raise our Seed Funding Round successfully.

- Co-Founder Tag and a chance to build a Category Creating Product from Scratch.

- Its Essential for the applicant to have a Long Term Entrepreneurial Appetite and the capacity to work independently towards the goal without expecting Financial Perquisites for a considerable time.
