Your Qualifications:

- 10+ years of non-IT recruitment experience, including Big 4 firms, global consulting majors, Market Research, and Analytics.

- Strong executive presence with CXO management skills.

- Master's degree preferred.

- Proven expertise in Recruitment, Talent Strategy, Fresher and Lateral Hiring and best practices.

- Outstanding communication, leadership, and time management skills.
