- Hands On Recruiting Skills in the non IT space including SCM, Oil & Gas, Accounting, Finance, Infrastructure, Engineering, Clerical, Admin and general

- Hands on Recruiting W2 , C2C and 1099 candidates

- Recruiting Experience with H1B, Citizens, Green Card Holders, EAD & TN Visas

- Hands on Recruiting Experience with Dice, Monster, Career Builder and Advanced Searches in Linked In.

- Independent Recruiter without an external team to help source candidates

- Good Comm Skills

- Very Target Oriented
