Job opening for Non-IT Business Transitions role in HR domain for one of the reputed organisation in Hyderabad or Delhi Location.
Min ex: 10-18 yrs
- Lead & drive customer and internal Transitions projects
- Own Projects for the entire cycle from LOI/Project initiation up to the exit post Go-Live and stabilization and thus be the single point of contact for overall Project deliverables
- Develop multi level relationships with client & stakeholders to ensure project delivery goals are met as planned
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering project cost, schedule and quality objectives
- Effectively identify, manage, resolve and mitigate key risks and issues impacting the project delivery
- Ensure the Transition methodology is well understood and adhered to
- Lead / participate in opportunity analysis / due diligence of potential projects
- Participate in solutioning of new bids / RFP-RFI responses/Client Presentations and sales cycle
- Proactively identify new opportunities to increase revenues / improve processes for customers
- Manage a small group of 2-3 TMs and leading large, complex, global engagements independently
- Lead multiple projects and work as a second in command to the Transition Lead
- Lead strategic initiatives for enhancing the function capabilities
