Global Markets - Electronic Trading Client Services - Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for working with regional stakeholders in EMEA/Asia/US to enable client traders to trade electronically on various execution platforms like Bloomberg, Tradeweb and MarketAxess.

- Core BAU tasks will involve mapping Buy side clients on internal applications and etrading platforms to trade with Nomura electronically.

- Lead change initiatives aimed at streamlining processes and creating efficiencies within the Client Service function in Global Markets Powai.

- Manage Regulatory change projects that impact Nomura's electronic trading offering.

- Partner with regional eTrading leads and product managers to support the development of electronic trading capabilities.

- Ability to take initiatives to automate some of the repetitive manual BAU tasks.

Mandatory Mind set:

- Minimum 2/3 years of experience working within markets.

- Knowledge of OTC and Cash FX/Fixed Income products and markets is desirable - as is exposure to electronic trading.

- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are critical.

- Hands-on Python or VBA macros and technology mind-set is a must.
